How to enable content compression?

On every BlackBerry device there is a neat feature that will give you more space on your device. It is called content compression and it basically compresses the device data on your mobile phone without and consequences to the device performance, well a small usually unnoticeable slowdown can be expected but it is expressed in milliseconds so it is something that your can live with if you need a few more free megabytes on your device memory.
So how to enable content compression? Follow these easy steps:

1. From the home screen, press the Menu key.
2. Select the Options folder.
3. From the options screen, select Security Options.
4. Select General Settings.
5. Select Content Compression and change its setting to Enabled.
