How to send free SMS messages on your BlackBerry

Well here is a simple hack or life hack to be more correct on how to send free SMS messages using your BlackBerry. Yep, you are reading right, free unlimited SMS messages right from your BlackBerry mobile phone. Although this feature may not be available for some carriers it works for most of them and here is how the magic works.
An operator that has a Email to SMS feature will enable it's subscribers to receive SMS messages sent to their mobile phone's email address. Let's take Cingular for example. An email message sent to 55555555555@mobile.mycingular.com will be sent to the subscriber having the number 55-555-555-555 as an SMS message. So get your BlackBerry mobile phone, click Compose Email and write the SMS message. As an email address for the recipient put his mobile phone without any spaces followed by the email domain for the carrier he is using. Here is a small list of the most common US carriers and their email domains. Replace the xxxxxxxxx with the actual phone number of the subscriber you want to send a free SMS message:

• Alltel = xxxxxxxxxx@message.alltel.com
• Bell Mobility = xxxxxxxxxx@txt.bellmobility.com
• Cingular = xxxxxxxxxx@mobile.mycingular.com
• Nextel = xxxxxxxxxx@messaging.nextel.com
• Rogers = xxxxxxxxxx@pcs.rogers.com
• Sprint = xxxxxxxxxx@messaging.sprintpcs.com
• Telus = xxxxxxxxxx@msg.telus.com
• U.S. Cellular = xxxxxxxxxx@email.uscc.net
• Verizon = xxxxxxxxxx@vtext.com
