Free App Update: Google Maps v 4.4 for BlackBerry Now With Places

Up to the 4.4 release of Google Maps for BlackBerry smartphone, only the Android users were able to enjoy the cool Google Places feature on their free Google Maps application. Now, it is available for BlackBerry smartphones as well. Download links on the m.google.com website seem to show the older 4.2 version of the application but below we have included a direct OTA link for the new release of Google Maps for BlackBerry with Google Places.
