Issue with Auto-text on BlackBerry PlayBook - Fix Coming Soon

RIM recently released OS 2.0.1.358 for the BlackBerry PlayBook and with the update came many  improvements, but some complained that there was an issue with the auto-text function. People thought RIM removed this functionality from the BlackBerry PlayBook.

No more Google Sync for BlackBerry

Bad news from Google, alfter killing the Google Mail app last year, they are shutting down Google Sync for BlackBerry. Even BIS, the app that replaced it, will be discontinued after June 1, 2012.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager 2.0.0.64 now available for Mac

BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Mac with support for OS 6.0 devices has been in the BlackBerry Beta Zone for some time. It has now gone official with v2.0.0.64 released. This is a fairly good upgrade for Mac users, but it is still lacking features, unlike the PC version.
