SimulSays is a Visual Voicemail application that lets you experience visual voicemail directly on your BlackBerry. With SimulSays, voicemail is as easy as scroll, click, and listen.SimulSays displays voicemail right on your BlackBerry screen with Contact Book integration. Your messages are stored in chronological order and display the caller ID, date and time.Voice messages can be replied to by email, SMS or phone by a simple scroll and click. SimulSays allows you to make voicemail actionable.SimulSays Instructions1. Download the Application. From your blackberry browser go to http://mobile.simulscribe.com. Then click on Blackberry application.2. Open the applicaiton and enter your unique USERNAME and SIMULSAYS PIN. 3. Record your own personalized greeting to your SimulSays Mailbox-Call the key number. When the message begins to play press the * key and then enter the PIN your unique PIN number. To record your own greeting press 0, then 1, and record your greeting. 4. Now redirect your voicemail to SimulSays: ATT, T-Mobile or AllTell dial-004*(10 digit unique key)*11# Verizon dial *71(10 digit unique key)Enjoy the Service further instructions, home/office integration, dial in message checking:Integrating SimulSays with your Office or Home Phone:Home Phones - You will need to call the provider of the service and ask them if "Call Forward No Answer" is available on your line. We find that this feature is available on 80%-90% of landline phones in the US. If the feature is available you will want to do the "Call Forward No Answer" to (Your 10 digit key).Office Phones - There are two ways that SimulSays can work with your office phone.1. First, check to see if your office phone can send out an email with the voicemail audio file attached. If it can (approximately 50% of office phone systems have this feature), have the email sent directly from the office phone system to (your 10 digit key)@my.simulscribe.com. SimulSays will then transcribe the message and send it to the locations that you have specified in your user profile.2. You can also do "Call Forward No Answer", which is available on most office phone systems. If the feature is available you will want to do the "Call Forward No Answer" to (Your 10 digit key).Calling into retrieve messages:Call (800) 784-0457. This is also the dial in number for voicemail retrieval so we suggest you save this in your phone's contact book for quick access. To access your voicemail box from another telephone, call your phone, when your voicemail prompt begins to play, press the * key and then enter your PIN number.To record your own greeting press 0, then 1, and record your greeting.The following options are available in the voicemail system:- Press 0 to access mailbox options (record unavailable message, change password, etc.)- Press 1 to listen to new messages- Press 7 to delete a message- Press 9 to save a message
